At Bareluxe, we understand that once you’ve placed an order for your favorite sleepwear, you want it to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the processing and delivery of your orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
Dispatch Timeline We value your time and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is successfully placed. You will receive a second notification when your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner.
Please Note: We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery timeline is 7-8 working days for most metro and tier-1 cities across India.

Remote Locations: For orders shipping to remote areas, North East India, or difficult-to-access locations, delivery may take an additional 2-3 working days depending on the courier partner’s coverage.
While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to transit delays.
3. Shipping Charges
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your location and order value.

Free Shipping: We occasionally run promotions offering free shipping on orders above a certain value. If valid, this will be automatically applied at checkout or via a discount code.
4. Order Tracking
We believe in keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

Tracking Link: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a tracking link.

Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier service’s website after receiving the link.

Check Status: You can use the link provided to check the real-time status of your package.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, Bareluxe is not liable for unavoidable delays caused by factors beyond our control. These may include:

Severe weather conditions.

Political disruptions, strikes, or unexpected public holidays.

Courier service operational delays.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated 8 working days, please contact us at bareluxe34@gmail.com, and we will escalate the issue with our courier partner to speed up the process.
6. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN Code and contact number.

Incorrect Address: Bareluxe is not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Failed Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
We take great care in packaging your sleepwear securely. However, for your protection:

Do Not Accept: If the outer packaging appears tampered with, crushed, or the seal is broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Ask the courier to return it.

Report Immediately: Immediately inform us at bareluxe34@gmail.com with your Order ID so we can arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
