Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bareluxe. We strive to provide you with the finest quality nightwear and sleepwear. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to resolve legitimate issues.
However, as an online retailer of intimate apparel and sleepwear, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring our logistics run smoothly.

Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at bareluxe34@gmail.com with your Order ID. If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, we are unable to accept cancellations. In such cases, the order will be treated under our Return Policy (see below).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell (sleepwear and nightwear), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind," "sizing issues," or "dislike of style/color" once the package has been opened.
This policy is in place to ensure that every product you receive from Bareluxe is brand new, unworn, and meets the highest hygiene standards.
3. Eligibility for Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items)
We take great care in quality checking every piece before it leaves our facility. However, in the rare instance that you face an issue, we offer replacements or refunds strictly under the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defect: The product has a visible tear, stain, or stitching issue upon arrival.

Wrong Product: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
Important Conditions for Return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The request must be raised within the stipulated time frame (see below).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For clarity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been washed or worn.

Products with missing tags or damaged original packaging.

Items purchased during specific "Final Sale" or "Clearance" promotions (unless defective).

Minor color variations (due to screen resolution differences, actual product color may vary slightly from the website image).
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: Your email must include your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the defect or the incorrect item.

Approval: Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.

Return Process: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or if the notification is sent after 48 hours of delivery.

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team:

Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Credit Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
